I recently attended a Northern Trust networking event in North Palm Beach and was pleasantly surprised and immediately inspired by social media influencer/blogger Lauren Thomas. Her clever approach to building community around a charcuterie board was framed in a way I had not contemplated before. Not only did I leave that event empowered to act upon my new found food presentation skills, but I also relived the humor she infused into the evening for days. Lauren is naturally and brilliantly funny. I purchased her book “The Modern Hippie Table” (for me and for friends and family) and also get my daily dose of inspiration from her instagram page.
